Fun Freddie is a caterpillar who LOVES to have fun with fitness. He knows in order to become a big, strong butterfly… he must eat healthy, delicious vegetables and make time for fun, FIT play. Freddie also LOVES to make new friends! He understands that it can be tough dealing with bullying and fitting in, so Freddie wants to show kids the beauty of growth and learning through fun games, educational songs and so much more! He uses obstacle courses and the basics of sports to help children build fine and gross motor skills. He even uses yoga to streeeetch his caterpillar frame and help his friends learn more about coordination and balance! Freddie is here to fill your days joy and to teach faith-based life skills necessary for that transformation into the beautiful butterfly in all of us.
